From Summer 2024, the Tiger Card offers £1 fares for under‑25s on any public bus in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Information and applications are available via the Combined Authority.
Students cycling to Sixth Form should secure their bikes in one of the designated cycle sheds located:
- near the Technology department
- by the squash courts
- at either end of the Comberton Sports & Arts building
The school cannot accept responsibility for bicycles or equipment.
Bikes must be roadworthy, with working brakes and properly inflated tyres. We strongly recommend wearing a helmet and using lights, especially in winter.
Cycling is only permitted on site when travelling to and from the cycle sheds or during PE lessons with staff permission.
Parents/carers should drop off and collect students from the car park in front of the Comberton Sports & Arts building. A morning drop‑off lane operates until 08:30, with collection after 3pm.
Sixth Form students who drive may park in the designated Sixth Form car park at the rear of the school. Before driving on site, students must provide:
- MOT details
- insurance
- driving licence
- £5 permit fee (via ParentPay or cash to the admin office)
Students must follow all permit conditions while driving on site. Permit applications can be made using the form linked on this page.
Students travelling by moped or motorbike must apply for a permit using the same form as car drivers.
A designated parking bay is located at the front of the Sixth Form. Correct safety clothing and equipment must be worn at all times.
Lockers large enough to store helmets are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
